Pregnant women have to be very careful and take care of themselves. They have to pay attention to every minute thing they do as their routine work. They must also pay good attention to what they are consuming. Women who are pregnant are mostly suggested by doctors to follow a specific pregnancy diet plan because there are many things which she should avoid eating during her pregnancy. A good Indian diet during pregnancy is always beneficial for women.




  How much increase in weight should a woman have during pregnancy? This is determined by her diet and the amount of exercise she gets. If the expectant mother gains too much weight, childbirth will be more difficult for her because of an oversize baby; also, her weight may not return promptly to the level it was prior to her becoming pregnant. On the other hand, severe weight restriction during pregnancy can adversely affect the normal development of the baby.

  Once you're out of the first trimester and morning sickness has likely subsided, it's possible to move towards a well-balanced diet once more. Don't try to lose weight-but don't continue to gain at the rate you have been gaining, either. Remember that women only really need a few extra hundred calories every day during pregnancy. Eat healthy, well-balanced meals whenever possible, and eat small, healthy snacks between meals. If your body continues to crave crabs, stick with whole wheat pasta and brown rice, instead of white.

 Children of women who diet during pregnancy are more likely to be obese in the future. When a pregnant woman diets, the metabolism of the growing baby is permanently set to utilize little and any amounts of nutrient. After the baby is born and is given more food, its metabolism adapts accordingly and utilizes most of the supplied nutrients. Thus, such children tend to become obese.

One feature that might be nice to have, but that isn't offered in this app, is the ability to add notes and edit information into the calendar. Only diet during Pregnancy is not enough you need to go for proper exercising regularly. Consider pregnancy diet to be an important part of pregnancy but there are other factors like being mentally happy and exercising which are also found to be responsible for making you stay fit during pregnancy. Food during pregnancy must be taken in proper timings as other than that the whole nutrition value will be wastage.


  It goes without saying that I gave up alcohol and caffeine during my pregnancy. Those aren't really radical changes. But, not eating out and growing my own foods was radical enough to feel like a full-time job. But I was grateful for the learning opportunity since I grew my own produce to make baby food for my son.
